All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, occasional delays may occur. We will notify you promptly if additional time is needed.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Domestic Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Shipping Costs:
Calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and carrier rates.
Free shipping may be offered on promotional orders as indicated on our website.
4. Local Pickup (By Appointment)
We offer free local pickup from our Fremont Store - 39541 Sutter Dr Fremont Ca 94538.
You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID at the time of pickup.
Pickup times are scheduled by appointment to ensure your order is prepared.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout.
Deekhsa is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Contact us immediately at info@deekhsa.com if you need to update your address before shipment.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will assist with carrier claims and determine replacements or refunds case-by-case.
Deekhsa is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received. Please check with neighbors or your local post office in such cases.
8. Multiple Shipments
For orders with multiple items, shipments may arrive separately depending on availability. Tracking will be provided for each package.

All our sarees come with fall and pico finishing, and the blouses are detached. As such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
The same policy applies to our blouses, jackets, and other heritage menswear items.
